Georges' Nose Knows

Georges Meekers is Malta’s member of the Circle of Wine Writers, the world’s leading international association of authors, writers, journalists, bloggers, broadcasters, photographers and lecturers, communicating about wines and spirits.

Georges Meekers is a judge at several wine competitions. The International Rosé Championship (IRC) is of particular interest lately since it focuses specifically on rosés, a booming category. It is organised by “Czas Wina” wine magazine under the auspices of the Amorim Group. The competition is held at the picturesque 19th-century Sierakow manor house near the beautiful medieval city of Krakow.
